Rigel utilizes a team approach in its investment decision-making process. Each member of Rigel's investment team participates in reviewing the results of the quantitative screens and fundamental analysis, assessing current market conditions, and the final purchase and sell decisions. Individual team members have lead or co-lead responsibility for the key deliverables within our process and implementation, thus providing a consistent and reliable application of our process. In order to promote communication and the free flow of ideas, all members of the investment team - portfolio managers, research analysts and our trading desk - are situated within our open-space investment center. This work environment greatly enhances Rigel's ability to swiftly communicate changing market conditions and our decision-making process.
